Pranz: 200 gr peste cod fiert + lamaie<br />
Seara: 200 gr friptura vita + unt + telina rasa<br />
Ziua 6:<br />
Dimineata: Cafea + 1 cub de zahar + 1 felie de paine prajita<br />
Pranz: 2 oua tari + morcov ras<br />
